When do we ship
Due to high demand, our current processing time is up to 14 business days (excluding weekends) from the date your order is placed.
**Please do not place an order if you plan to travel within our 14 business day processing timeframe, as we do not hold orders. Orders may process sooner than 14 business days.
We currently ship all orders exclusively through UPS. At this time, we do not offer local delivery or pickup options.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us within the same day your order is placed. Cancellation requests submitted after that time will not be accepted.
Order Modification Policy
Our system does not allow order modifications. If you need to add or remove cookies, your order must be canceled and placed again, which will result in losing your current spot in line.
If you need to cancel your order for modification purposes, the same-day cancellation policy does not apply. However, once you receive an email with your scheduled bake and ship date, your order has officially entered the processing stage. At that point, cancellations or changes can no longer be made.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the event that your package is lost, misdelivered by the carrier and/or damaged during transit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not offer re-bakes under any circumstances.
Product Shelf Life
Store your cookies in the refrigerator upon arrival for up to one month. For longer storage, keep them in the freezer, where they can last up to six months.
Product Life Cycle
Cookie flavors are subject to rotation to allow new flavors to be incorporated. There will always be two rotational flavors and they will rotate every 3 to 4 months. Our permanent flavors are Chocolate Chip and Birthday Cake.
